Plant out iris, Sparaxis and allium now?

I have bulbs of these three plants: ris (Blue Holland), Sparaxis, Allium Moly. Is it ok If I plant these 3 types of bulbs outside now? If not when should I plant out? What is the lowest temperatures they can stand? Can you please answer these questions soon. Hope to hear from you as soon as possible.
